Back home after a lovely 4 night cruise aboard Cunard Queen Anne. Lovely ship in so many ways from excellent food, good service and fun entertainment. We all had a fabulous time.
Pretty day in Bruges with a canal trip and chocolate shopping then a nice day in Cherbourg, practicing the French and stocking up at the supermarket.
Even the sun came out on the sea day.

The summer is over and September begins (officially the start of autumn in my head) so I’m back home for a few days.
My class of 1990 have now all turned 50 and thanks to FB for letting us all share the celebrations.
I was lucky enough to book quite a few of my school friends holidays this year. It’s been so lovely to catch up with friends I have not spoken to since I was a teenager!
Thank you for trusting me and supporting the small business, I really appreciate it 😊
At least we lasted longer than the school that they have now knocked down 😂

Following my first river cruise aboard Riviera Ms William Wordsworth in April, my 1st client has just set sail from Avignon in France for 7 nights aboard MS William Shakespeare and has already given excellent feedback.

As soon as I returned, I knew exactly who this holiday would suit……. 🤔

This cruise is for people travelling alone looking to meet like minded people and prefer the atmosphere of a smaller ship with only 70 passengers aboard.

Good morning from Holiday HQ in Hove…

Overnight easyJet holidays (EJH) have announced they are removing the hold luggage of 23kg included in their city breaks (yes easyJet sell package holidays giving you all the financial security this brings!).

This will make a short trip cheaper, and for me who consistently overpacks even after 29 years in the travel industry, it’s a sign to move with the times (and you can always add on extra for the return flight if you have shopped a bit, phew! ). Good timing too as we are almost over the liquids issue!

Easter 2025 falls late with Good Friday on 18th April, weather wise this opens up a lot more of Europe for us all to enjoy some potential sun for a very long weekend with little leave used. I’ve booked my 5 night break already, what are you waiting for?

Deposit is only £60 per person.

With my new commitment to underpack and only carry small hand luggage, I’ve purchased this 30L backpack which is free allowance with EJH and I’m also going to gift my first 5 EJH city bookings with one to try for yourself!
