Well, the new short term let licensing requirements mean its just not worth carrying on with Lazy Puffin as a holiday let. Bookings are closed after June and I will be looking for a long term tenant from then.

Apologies if you don't speak Italian - a nice video of the RSPB reserve near Stonehaven (including PUFFINS !)
RSPB Fowlsheugh is approx 4 miles from Lazy Puffin. A very pleasant walk along the cliff tops, on an established footpath.
