Today is the last day of Tweedys Circus performing at the Dell between the Theatre and Holy Trinity Church. No lions no tigers (fortunately) but plenty of laughs.

Stratford welcomes the Ganesh Festival to the river Avon. Dozens of tourists and residents stopped to witness the colourful Ganesh Chaturthi ritual. Specially-made sweets, prashad, were offered at the idol’s feet before being handed out to everyone who’d gathered.
