Bekah will be joining us at Benchmark in September. She will be coaching our Parent & Toddler Classes in Tooting every Thursday 🙌🏼 Here is a little bit about Coach Bekah 👇🏼 “Hello I’m Bekah! I’m a level 2 General Gymnastics coach and Preschool coach with experience in display and disability gymnastics. I grew up doing gymnastics from the age of 3 and competed for Great Britain in Aerobic Gymnastics until I was 16. After I stopped competing I got into coaching and other sports like cheerleading,dance and trampolining. I went to university to study dance and after I graduated I worked for a Gymnastics club in Richmond for a number of years doing mainly preschool and general gymnastics with afew classes in display and disability before I left to have my little boy.I love being crafty, finding a bargain in a charity shop and watching the Great British bake off with church friends. I’m very excited to be back to coaching after a little break and excited to be part of the benchmark team!
