New Inn Farmhouse has recently added a wet room on the ground floor together with a comfortable Verticle wall bed (double) enabling guests to sleep downstairs where climbing stairs is impractical.

The main house is now configured as follows:

Bedroom 1 King bed with 1 single and en-suite
Bedroom 2 King bed with en-suite
Bedroom 3 Double bed
Bedroom 4 Super King bed with 1 single bed
Bedroom 5 Twin room (two single beds)
Bedroom 6 King bed with en-suite

Ground floor: Double wall bed with wet room and toilet for use on request.

Total guests in main house up to 16

New Inn Farmhouse and Barn are now geared up to take B&B guests during the week (Monday to Thursday inclusive). Prices start at £95 per room for one night. Check in from 15:00hrs and check out 10:00

Parking is available and each room comes with its own en-suite.

A games room is also available for your use.

New Inn Farmhouse Barn is now taking Bed & Breakfast bookings from Monday to Friday with prices starting at £90 per night per room. Both rooms have their own shower rooms.
Facilities include TV, hairdryer and kettle are included and gUests can also take advantage of the living room and kitchen. The hot tub can also be made available for stays with a minimum of 2 nights.

New Inn Farmhouse and Barn is a 5 star holiday let situated in the beautiful Dorset village of Marnhull.

Accommodation consists of 3 family rooms with en-suite, one triple, one twin and one single room in the main house and now recently added we have two double rooms with en-suites in our newly converted Barn.

We can accommodate groups of 4 up to 22 and can adapt the rooms to suite most requirements.

Both properties benefit from having a hot tub each, private rear gardens and a substantial shared garden to the front of the properties.

Additional equipment supplied to enhance your stay include: Table tennis, darts, Pool table, table football, football goals and even a number of bicycles.

We are very proud that our rating through Cottages.com stands at 9.6 out of 10 accumulated since opening in 2017
