Muffins and coffee for our1st job this morning followed by a ceiling water leak in the property.
Then wet paint on my jacket followed by a road rage incident. (Not me).
Next job?
A key didnt lock the flat door.

Another cold day.
Landlords and tenants leave the heating on low.. you do not want burst pipes... and we prefer not to have to dress in ski clothes just to enter your property !

What a day today we have had? The big Slippy slide to very early to Chiswick, then back to Richmond... then back towards Fulham for 2 jobs, then Battersea, then Wimbledon and ? home exhausted to answer the calls from Tenants who have boiler problems and also cancelled vacations due to snow!
