West Instaple holidays are set in 5 acres of beautiful Devonshire countryside located right on the North Devon/Cornwall border. The stunning dog friendly beaches of Bude are only a short drive away and the popular Tamar Lakes are only 1 1/2 miles away. We are situated off a quiet country lane and are not overlooked, so you get a great sense of privacy, with uninterrupted views of the spectacular countryside all to yourself. 
Mill View cottage is well-equipped and sleeps up to 5 guests. Mill View is both dog and family-friendly with a fully enclosed garden area with table, chairs and parasol. The cottage is equally suited to solo holidaymakers or a couple after a peaceful retreat, with low levels of traffic. West Instaple has an impressive range of facilities on-site for guests to use, including a fully-equipped dog wash room, an outdoor children’s play area, a games paddock with a range of equipment and a bespoke putting green for guests to enjoy a game of mini-golf!
At West Instaple we also have some furry family members! Our two extremely friendly shetland ponies, Tilly and Teddy and our two super cute goats, Rusty and Bluey love meeting new friends and many of our young guests enjoy petting and playing with them!

We are so lucky to have Bude as our local beach town ... not only are there a range of beaches to choose from - Summerleaze, Crooklets, Northcott Mouth, Sandymouth & Widemouth Bay - but Bude also hosts an amazing sea pool! 🌊

We LOVE 😍 seeing happy guests having an amazing time whilst on holiday here at West Instaple Holidays! ☀️

📖Reading wonderful feedback (like this ➡️) in the guest books following a stay really does make us sparkle inside! ✨

Last week was a special week for Amy, as her drama teacher from school 🎭 and her lovely family were staying at West Instaple! We had LOTS of catching up to do!! 💬✔️

It was also great to see Claire & family have lots of fun exploring the local area and all it has to offer, from surfing with Bude surfing Experience 🏄‍♂️ and the amusement arcades at Westward Ho!, to the Monster Slip & Slide ... they definitely made the most of their Devon/Cornwall holiday!☀️🕶️🏄🏼‍♀️🏄‍♂️⛳️🏡
