Thank u to everyone that has been helping me build up my new page, I have had lots of new followers overnight so I thought this would be the perfect time to highlight how I work and the benefits of booking your holidays with me.
So this is a bit of a long read but I will cover, what you get when booking with me, how I can best add value to you and how I am different from online booking platforms or DIY holidays.
๐Firstly I am not an online booking platform, I am an experienced travel professional with over 26 years of experience in the travel industry. My travel business is not a sideline, I work full time and I am always available when you need me, I am not on a paid salary, this is my only source of income and my own business with the brilliant backing of a travel counsellor franchise that gives the best financial protection in the business.
โ๏ธ I work with all the major airlines , tour operators & cruise lines such as Jet2, EasyJet, Tui, Kuoni, Sandals, Celebrity, P&O just to name a few plus I have access to the fantastic Travel Counsellors in house tour operation that allows me to build bespoke packages with the best flexibility and holiday experiences for my clients.

๐A personal 1-1 Service. I generally ask for a phone call before I start to work on your enquiry especially if I have never booked a holiday for you before, This helps me find out exactly what your requirements are.
๐I take time to research hotels, their facilities, locations and any other things that you have told me are important to you, saving you time and stress.
๐I work around what you tell me you would ideally like to spend.
๐Once booked I am at the end of the phone, WhatsApp, email or however you prefer to communicate
๐I will make any changes that may be needed and will advise you of flight changes, building works and other important things that may pop up.
๐I update your passport information with the airline, pre-book your seats, do your check-in where possible and if you like printed documents I print, deliver, or post them to you.
๐I will wish you a bon voyage and am here if you need anything while you are away and I welcome you home.

Booking a week away to fly & flop is relatively easy, some people are happy to do this themselves and don't need the help of an experienced agent to do this for them. Others don't have time to search and trawl through the internet or they just don't want to. With more complex itineraries that include multiple flights, Multiple hotels, touring, guides, or bucket list experiences, this is where I add more value. I do of course book every kind of holiday
๐ฐAll of the above takes time - and time is valuable, right.
Although I fully understand that people are looking for the best price, the best value for money and will sometimes take a look themselves, this is human nature. It's no secret that when you use a professional service it can be a little more in price than if you do it yourself.. You pay for a decorator, you pay for a builder, you pay for a solicitor and the list goes on...
I will always look for the best price based on what you tell me you want to spend.
๐จOn- line prices and DIY
You may then take what I have found you, duplicate it online, or decide to DIY it- finding flights and then booking hotels directly. In these situations it is not like for like and the price is not comparable. No service, no backup, and when doing a DIY holiday, no ATOL so no protection.
โจ๏ธIf you love to do the research yourself, have the time to look for holidays yourself, have time to spend on the phone making any changes or if you have a simple quick question, if you have time to add your passport information, book your seats and do your check-in and of course keep up to date with FCDO and entry requirements then this is where I won't be able to add any value and if you have time to do all of this, then please take the time & courtesy to let me know so I can focus on the clients that do want my help and service.
