Swansea Chair Covers and Balloons is a family-run business based in Llansamlet, Swansea and is run by Scott and Caroline Graham. We provide Chair Covers and Elegant Balloon Displays to the Swansea, Carmarthen, Neath, Port Talbot, Bridgend, RCT and Powys areas.
We do travel as far as Cwmbran but this would be at a charge.
