Cares urgently required for Cura Domiciliary Care Limited.

We have increased our pay rates as follows
✅ £14.00 per hour - weekday rate
✅ £14.50 per hour - weekend rate

🚙 Plus paid mileage and travel time

We believe our pay rates to be the best (and quite rightly so!)

Requirements
❤️ We expect our Carers to be kind, compassionate and personable
🚘 A full driving licence and a vehicle is a must
🤝🏼 Training can be provided

Full time/part time and Bank positions available

We currently employ Carers between the ages of 24 to 62. We certainly do not agree with Ageism! As long as you’re fit and healthy, please get in touch.

As we settle into a New Year, we thought it was a perfect time to reintroduce ourselves, so… Welcome to Cura 💙

We are a Domiciliary care agency formed to provide care for Clients in the Swansea & Carmarthenshire areas. With an office on St. Teilo Street, Pontardulais, you’re always welcome for a coffee and a chat - we’re not your average care company!

Along with our wonderful team of carers, we are 3 passionate and experienced women, using our healthcare backgrounds to help support the Social Care Sector and help to bridge the gaps where the NHS needs assistance.

We are:
• Cathy Jenkins (Owner / Director of Med-Co Group consisting of a range of healthcare and recruitment companies)
• Laura Smith (Registered Manager, Health and Social Care Worker)
• Danielle Williams (Operations Director who has managed healthcare contracts for Med-Co Group for over 15 years)

We all have older relatives or friends who require personal assistance and we, like many people, are concerned with the reported problems facing our NHS. We and you CAN make a difference. Our aim is to ensure that more people are able to stay at home independently with our assistance and we offer staff good pay, training, support and career progression.

Here’s a few things we can help with, however, all packages are created to suit individual circumstances:

✔️Light domestic duties
✔️Medication support
✔️Companionship and much more!
