Apple blossom is a common site in many parts of Somerset, and we have our own cider apple orchard. Cider is probably the first thing people associate with the county, and there are many producers within a few miles of our rental, including Thatcher’s, Sheppy’s,Perry’s and Burrow Hil Farm.
Tours are often available at the orchards, and Sheppy’s has a lovely restaurant and shop. They make a great day out, and you can always bring some cider back with you to remind you of your stay in Somerset.

Another fantastic attraction within a few miles of our rental, is the West Somerset Railway. A visit to the attraction is a chance to step back in time and take a leisurely trip to the coast.
Make time to enjoy a cream tea or ice cream by the sea!

A warmer, drier day here in Somerset, and it would be lovely day to visit one of the many attractions near to our rental. One of which is Hestercombe House and Gardens, enjoy a relaxing walk in the gardens and finish off with refreshments from the cafe (currently al fresco but after 17/5/21 indoors).
Quantock View Apartment gives you a comfortable, spacious base from which to visit the surrounding area and attractions.

All ready to greet the first guests of 2021 season. We have chosen to use vegan friendly, biodegradable toiletries for our guests, with fully recyclable packaging. Also we provide soap in bar form to reduce the plastic used in the flat.

The sun after the storm! Heavy rain and sleet earlier here but now the sun is making the r**e seed glow! Awaiting our first guests of the 2021 holiday season- hopefully the first of many to enjoy our view here.
