With the Waverley paddle steamer due to sail into Tenby this Thurs 6th June, a great place to watch it from is Castle Hill. Whilst there, why not pop into the boathouse for a look around?

Pre-dinner drinks with a view at the apartment before a delicious meal - the main courses were so good they were devoured by us all before I had chance to take a photograph 🫣 Would highly recommend this authentic Italian restaurant and will certainly be back to visit again soon 😋

Some further small but effective changes completed over our half term stay. The shelves and battery operated candles give a more relaxed feeling to the master bedroom which has also had new zipped mattresses for the super king bed 🛌 😴 The lounge had had some new chairs from which guests can enjoy the dreamy view and a few more small changes/additions to the decor making North Beach Heights a home from home! 🌊 🏡

So sad to read of Bluestone’s decision to cancel some of its holidaymakers in July in favour of a large corporate booking 😢 I know it’s been difficult over the last few years but this really does seem like a reputatational disaster. I hope those affected find a suitable alternative 🙏 ☀️

Families have been left fuming after a major Pembrokeshire holiday provider cancelled their stays in favour of a large group booking.

**Re-Branding** The eagle eyed amongst you will notice that the property is in the process of being re-marketed as a "2 bedroom, sleeps 4 property". Due to a number of issues we have had with large group bookings over the last 12mths we have decided to reduce the property to make it more attractive to smaller families and couples. We hope this will open up the property to more people who will love the property in the way we love it and make all our guests' experiences more positive.

Please be assured that all existing bookings will be honoured and the third (double) bedroom will be available to those people. We will also consider requests in the future from family and friends who are looking for a larger property.

As new owners in the "holiday let" market place we are continuing to learn and adapt. We thank all those who have stayed with us in the past and taken care of the property and we look forward to welcoming many more new guests this year.

As the sun rises on 2024 we’d like to wish all our guests past, present and future a very happy new year! We look forward to welcoming you to our home by the sea over the next 12mths 🌊 We want all our guests to enjoy their time at as much as we do which is why we find those who damage our property and those who suffer the consequences so painful 😢 We were devastated by some recent issues and feedback so raced up here to make sure the property was in the condition we expect it to be in. Over the last week we’ve had meetings with the property management and cleaning teams, installed new beds and mattresses in the twin room, bought new bed linen and towels throughout, bought new bath mats and refreshed the kitchen equipment. Keep an eye out for future improvements coming throughout the year! In the meantime the new year brings hope for a better year for us all - happy new year!

We still have availability for the Tenby Christmas Lights switch on which takes place on Saturday 25 November with Santa's famous arrival by boat into Tenby with the Mayor. See the big man himself guided through the town by the local Fire Service and RNLI lifeboat crew whilst soaking up the christmas spirit!
