Yesterdays blue skies .. the Autumn is beginning and The Cottage offers a perfect retreat for plenty of choice for walks or just relaxing by the fire with a glass of wine …. there is a great selection of quiet cozy pubs to choose from too! … The Lord Crewe is one of our favourites at Blanchland

Holidays wouldn’t be the same without your beloved companion and The Cottage has so much to offer your four legged friend.. from walks directly from The Cottage to endless adventures to explore in the area…. As dog lovers and owners ourselves we just LOVE The Purple Hound in Corbridge which has a gorgeous selection of all things for your dog from apparel, leads, bedding, treats, toys and much much more….. we have a small selection of treats from here for your pup to sample on arrival 🐶
