Why spend just a morning at the allotment? When you can spend the whole day there 😍

We had so much fun exploring, we found some berries to paint with and enjoyed using our fingers to squish them and make different patterns 🍇

The pumpkins are growing nicely ready for Halloween 🎃

We extended our learning and thinking skills by finding something else we could paint with, MUD and we explored the different patterns we could make and felt the different textures. 💛

Snoozing at the allotment 🌱❤️

Tiny toes and sand 🐬🐢

Our babies loved exploring the different textures on their feet and hands, they walked around the tray feeling the sand between their toes 🦶

Curious babies 🌟✨

The babies loved exploring lemon and lime slices, water is a big interest at the moment so we followed on from this by providing them with this tray🍋

They were very curious in pulling the limes and lemons apart and investigating them💛

On Monday the children from both our settings got to take a visit to the local fire station 🔥

The children were intrigued by all the equipment and had great fun shooting the hose….some children even practiced their aim💦

Our older children went prepared with lots of questions for the firefighters to help develop their knowledge further and support their understanding of the role a firefighter plays 👩‍🚒

Thank you to Thetford fire station for having us 😊
