It was a late night repair on one of the Hire Bikes this evening that belong to a cycle holiday provider we contract transport and maintenance for.
Huge thank you to our best buddies at RedSky Bikes for opening the shop late to lend us some specialist tools and RedSky Bikes Head Mechanic Stuart for his technical help over the phone! You are all amazing!

Big thanks to our friend Tom for assisting too!

So the bike is back in the road in Beverley and ready to continue on the Way of the Roses Cycle Route tomorrow morning!

Huge thanks to the RedSky Bikes team and especially RedSky Bikes Head Mechanic Stuart for sharing his knowledge with us yesterday on bike care and maintenance.

Jake in our workshop prepares and maintains our hire bikes throughout the year so this type of training is a great way to start the 2024 season 🚴🏼🚌

We certainly recommend a half hour slot to get to know your bike!

❗️York Parking Required ❗️

Yard space needed to park our Day Tour buses close to or in York needed for the 2024 season.

We have been at Clifton Moor for the last few Years and it’s been perfect but the site is getting redeveloped in January so we are in need of something else.

Space for a 16 seat vehicle with 24 hour access is needed as a minimum but we would look to have additional vehicles there in the peak season.

Would consider a small unit or secure enclosed yard.

We will need this space from 1st March 2024 but will take it sooner to secure.

Yesterday marked the start of the season for us and our driver Chris was out in the North York Moors National Park with a group riding the Rosedale Railway on bikes supplied by Yorkshire Bike Hire.

Keeping your bike healthy is as important as keeping yourself healthy.
During January, we are offering a free Bicycle Health Check for you and your bike.
An opportunity to spend some time at our workshop with Stuart our head mechanic. Get to know a bit more about your bike and it's technology. Pick up some maintenance tips or just use the time to quiz Stuart on all things two-wheeled.
If you would like to bring a friend then please do and don't forget to bring your bikes 🚲. Your bike's health check including a brew will last no more than half an hour.
If you would like to make a booking, please call the shop on 01845 444464 and ask for Stuart.
