A project we are very proud of 👏

This stunning home was once a tired bungalow in need of modernisation. However the potential of the site was seen by our client and a decision was made to demolish the original dwelling and re build in its place.

The new build home actually kept within the original footprint, however it was designed to maximise the gorgeous views, so that they could be seen all the way from the back of the house. The finished facade of the building kept resemblances of the traditional houses in the surrounding area in regards to its shape and mass whilst also showcasing a modern and contemporary style with its white rendered walls and wood-look cladding.

We must admit the finished result is beautiful!

What a great day once again at the Rowcroft Hospice The Big Tackle 2024! Despite the rain, the ABC Team were in high spirits as they completed the 8-mile walk around Torquay, making one or two pit stops along the way, and back to Torquay Rugby Club for a free pint and pasty to watch the Six Nations, a perfect day for our chaps 🍻🚶 🍻 🍻🏉 🍻

As a company, we take immense pride in supporting the hospice and its incredible work in providing care for adults and their loved one facing life-limiting illnesses in South Devon. Walking in the rain with a couple of beers is a small sacrifice in comparison. We love this event and we're already looking forward to next year 💙

A recently completed job for a lovely client in the South of Devon. We have converted the loft adding a new large dormer as well as some external works including, new fascias, planters, retarmac of the driveway and decorations, and also the installation of new windows.

We couldn't resist taking some photos of one of our more recent projects on a site visit the other day. This fabulous house has undergone a complete refurbishment from the inside/out with our photos nicely featuring its new slate roof, fresh render, pool install, new windows and tiling around the property.

You've got to admit even on a dull day it still looks like a fantastic home 😁

With the stormy weather today we are reminiscing on the nice sunny weather we had last month. Who wouldn't want this as your view even on a day like today.

We have loved working on this project over the past months and it is looking fantastic! This home has been completely renovated from top to bottom and finished to an exceptional standard. We couldn't do it without all our great operatives, they are all a credit to the Alliance Build Team 👊

What an amazing before and after shot 🤩

The original dwelling was demolished and we built this beautiful new build house with it's rendered and stone walls paired with a new slate roof which really gives off a stylish finish to the building.
The landscaping has been designed in sections to provide a fantastic entertainment space, perfect for hosting a summer BBQ ☀️
Who wouldn't want to sit here watching the sun set with a glass of wine in hand 🍷
