We've just completed the most extraordinary long weekend tour with a group of 16 ladies who flew more than 6000 miles to visit Agatha Christie's Devon . We loved every minute - Dartmoor Burgh Island Hotel English Riviera Walking Tours Dartmouth Steam Railway and River Boat Company Greenway Ferry Greenway House, Home of Agatha Christie, National Trust Torbay Gin . Plans are already beginning for next year! What a fabulous chapter this was, here's to the next 💛🍋🍋

We were delighted to assist Visit Devon with a familiarisation trip for the extraordinary Cristina Morató and Elisa Alday. Showcasing gorgeous Cockington (our Introduction chapter) and the unmissable Burgh Island Hotel (chapter 8!) as just part of a proposed Agatha Christie tour in the autumn, Miss Lemon x 2 enjoyed sharing our love for the Queen of Crime.

We have had a busy week with enquiries for visiting Greenway House, Home of Agatha Christie, National Trust . Agatha described it as the "loveliest place in the world" and it is easy to see why. It naturally features as chapter 1 in our Miss Lemon tours and we highly recommend visiting using the Dartmouth Steam Railway and River Boat Company and Greenway Ferry to arrive in style! What a day! Our first international guests arrived along with Storm Nelson. Literally in at the deep end! Proud of our adaptive skills today and thrilled that we pulled off something special. One of our guests had lived here for 10 months in the 1990s, with a host family while he was a student. With super sleuthing skills Miss Marple would have been proud of, we managed to track this family down (even though they'd moved). Cue the tears and a reunion. What a wonderful moment to witness when we took them to meet up. Can we do this again tomorrow? 🍋🍋

She will be launching her memoir, Getting Away With Murder: My unexpected life on page, stage and screen at the festival.

This is sure to be an amazing event as she has lived an illustrious life and has the stories to prove it!

With the new business launched and our first bookings made, we allowed ourselves a glass or two of bubbles to start the year - and a swim on New Year's Day of course!
