This training is simple to learn, hard to beat and teaches an offensive defence in a safe, non-judgmental, non-intimidating environment. With a class of ages 16+, mixed ages, abilities, experiences, and genders, we welcome and encourage you to book your free trial class today! Get savvy with your safety and walk in peace. Classes:

We're on a mission to empower and protect by combining self worth with self defence, so when Girls in Cornwall Business asked Ellie to speak at their event, it was the perfect combo!

To be speaking to a venue full of women in Cornwall, each with their own stories, allows an opportunity to reach a network and equip them with a little more situational awareness for getting home safely, and the inspiration and motivation to walk in peace and confidence. 🌟

Can we just take a moment to show some love for our classes in February? What a month we had!
👏🏼🖤

I regularly have to take a second after classes to reflect on how grateful I am for the people who make Krav Maga Cornwall the company that it is.

It’s a rare thing to be able to leave baggage at the door and throw yourself into lessons week after week, but I’m incredibly proud of the safe space we’ve nurtured at Krav Maga Cornwall to allow for this. Just look at how much fun this month has been!

From the those who train with their families, the private lessons, those who come solo and make friends along the way, the students who I’m proud to share coaching with, the venue owners who allow us to train in their spaces, it’s a pleasure and an honour and we’re only in MARCH!! It’s going to be a biiiiig year….

FOOT WORK. The ol’ step and drag. No matter the direction you’re headed, or turning, step with the foot in that direction and drag the other back into your fight stance.
