Sarah also offers regular yoga and meditation classes as well as deep relaxation. Yoga is holistic and supports the whole of your being. Yoga helps to maintain and improve good physical health, keep your body mobile and flexible, stable and balanced, while supporting all the systems in the body. The management of chronic health issues is often helped by the benefits of therapeutic yoga. It is not just your physical wellbeing that benefits. Yoga is great for managing stress, such a huge problem these days which underlies much ill health. Yoga is also proven to help support your mental and emotional wellbeing and yoga therapy is helpful in the management of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression. Yoga teaches you how to relax, to feel grounded and stay present. As the evenings are drawing in, I'm re-starting my yoga relaxations via Zoom next week. The first one is Monday, 16 September, 7-8 pm. All you need to do is get comfortable and listen while I take you on a journey to a place of deep relaxation. This practice can help reduce stress and anxiety, restore energy levels and promote better sleep, leaving you more able to cope with the challenges of daily life.

A beautiful evening and more sunshine and warmth over the next couple of days, so I'm looking forward to sharing a relaxing and meditative yoga practice on Saturday morning in my garden. The flowers are in full bloom and the grass will be carefully manicured tomorrow by my lovely husband.

The disappointing July weather means this morning's yoga in the garden is cancelled. Rather cool with wet grass, showers and more forecasted are not conducive to an enjoyable and relaxing practice outside. I'm disappointed to have to cancel and have contacted those who had booked to come. Next week's forecast is slightly better, so I'm more optimistic there will be yoga in my garden next Saturday morning.

It's a beautiful sunny evening at the start of the May bank holiday and I wish you all a wonderful weekend. If you're making plans for the summer, I am offering some relaxing and meditative Saturday morning yoga sessions in my garden on dates in July and August.

You'll find all the information via the link below which details my summer offerings. If you join me for the garden yoga mornings, you're welcome to stay on for a drink and a chat in my lovely garden. These events have been very special in the past and I hope they will be again this year.

I'm also offering some Wednesday evenings via Zoom, a limited timetable, but it gives the chance to maintain your practice through the summer, before my Wednesday class starts again weekly in September.

The gift of another hour’s daylight comes as we change the clocks tonight. The days will lengthen as the light once more comes into our evenings, with the promise of warmth and sunshine around the corner as the spring turns to summer. It’s such a wonderful time of the year.

As longer, lighter days return, you might like to reflect and shine a light on you, your body, mind and inner life. If you do, listen to what you find and understand what this means for you.
