As the evenings are drawing in, I'm re-starting my yoga relaxations via Zoom next week. The first one is Monday, 16 September, 7-8 pm. All you need to do is get comfortable and listen while I take you on a journey to a place of deep relaxation. This practice can help reduce stress and anxiety, restore energy levels and promote better sleep, leaving you more able to cope with the challenges of daily life.
