Absolutely snowed under today – and even thinking of hitting the slopes myself!! 🏂❄️

It’s been one of those days where the kettle hasn’t had time to cool:

🏖 Greece – families lining up for sun, sea and sand yet also lots of interest in having cooler summers in the lakes and mountains of Italy.
🍝 With Italy – I have been working on an Italian fly-drive holiday for wannabe chefs which includes cookery lessons
🗽 New York – girls’ trips filled with shopping bags, rooftop cocktails, and someone always forgetting how time zones work.... You know who you are......
⛷ Ski holidays – snowy slopes, après-ski, and all that amazing food. The Balkans selling well along with Norway!!
🎅 Santa’s Lapland 2025 – because it’s never too early to plan a magical, reindeer-filled adventure for the kids (or the big kids!).
🦁 South Africa – swapping grey skies for safaris, sunsets, and animals with a bit of winter sun.
