Meet Pilates and Yoga Instructor Jade - Pilates & Yoga with Jade.

Jade has been working in the fitness industry since 2006 and following an accident in which she damaged both of her anterior cruciate ligaments and using Pilates methods for rehabilitation, she qualified as an instructor in 2011.

Jade found Yoga in 2013 and trained in Hatha Yoga in 2018. Both Pilates and Yoga have Jade's life physically and mentally and she loves sharing her passion and guiding people through practices.

Kelly initially started out in the fitness industry before becoming a qualified Pilates instructor in London over 20 years ago and now runs a successful local Pilates business.

Meet Yoga Instructor Radhika.

Radhika is an internationally certified yoga teacher. She teaches Hatha and ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and loves to integrate pranayama, mantra chanting, and meditation into her classes, alongside Iyengar techniques and clinical conditioning.

Her seamlessly woven classes help release toxins, develop physical strength and stamina, and leave you in a relaxed state of mind. Her set of modifications make the practice inclusive, thereby welcoming every individual at whatever stage they are at in their practice.

Meet Yoga, Meditation, Reiki and Qi Gong Teacher Cat.

Cat is from Wales and has been practicing Yoga since the early nineties and specialises in Dru Yoga.

Dru Yoga focus is especially on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation and her sessions work on body, mind and spirit – improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

Additionally Cat is a Qi Gong teacher, Reiki Master, Tuning Fork healer and Sound Therapist.
