BACKGROUND
• KARIBUNI KENYA SAFARIS LTD., established in 2010 & fully registered in UK, as a PRINCIPAL Tour Operator providing SAFARIS (Wildlife viewing tours) in Kenya & Tanzania
• Partners & ground handlers in Kenya, EXPLORE SAFARIS, established over for 15 years in KENYA & TANZANIA
• Operating as a ‘dot.com’ company, mainly in the background via several Sales Engines, including Retail Travel Ag

• Karibuni also operates its own web site www.karibunisafaris.com (website under re-contruction) that also generates direct sales. MISSION
The current SAFARIS holidays to KENYA & TANZANIA being offered tend to be very high priced. The same or similar Safari Holidays can be offered at a much lower price – especially in current difficult economic times. Lower priced holidays will increase tourism to Kenya & Tanzania, thus enabling these countries to invest more into WILDLIFE CONSERVATION PROGRAMMES. Karibuni would like to be part of these programmes whilst running a profitable business. GOALS, OBJECTIVES & ACHIEVEMENTS
o Within the first 2 years, the company has achieved its GOAL by being established as a PRINCIPAL TOUR OPERATOR providing medium & low cost safaris to Kenya & Tanzania
o Karibuni has established, within the first 6 months, all administrative functions of the business including Accounting, Banking, IT, Web Development & Communication
o ACCREDITED with relevant authorities for trade licencing with suppliers in Kenya, including Kenya Association of Tour Operators (KATO), KENYA TOURIST BOARD, TANZANIA TOURIST BOARD
o Ongoing negotiations & commissioning of WILDLIFE LODGE & HOTEL suppliers in Kenya & Tanzania, TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY ACCOMMODATION AT LOW COSTS whilst on safaris, with us
o To launch MORE products & services with Sales Engines in UK, USA, Middle East & India
o Continued monitoring of all products, sales, operational & administrative activities, making any changes if required, thus ensuring all activities are carried out to customer satisfaction
o To work closely with Kenya Tourist Board, Kenya Wildlife Services, Tanzania Tourist Board, Tanzania Wildlife Services to eliminate fraudulent misuse of Park Fees
o Increase the awareness of WILDLIFE CONSERVATION through various means such as Social Networking & other media services
