Hi there! We are a provider of serviced accommodation in the North East of England. Our company prides itself in providing unexpected comfort for every budget- we've all experienced last minute plans! Whether travelling for work or leisure we want you to have a great experience with us. As a growing provider of overnight accommodation we cater for both short (anything from a single night) to long stays away from home. Here at Lifestyle Dwellings, your needs as our guests are really important to us, so we try to suit them where possible.

This is why we offer a self check in rather than meet and greet for your flexibility, so that you can arrive and be straight in without having to organise a meet with us! We also make sure our guests are aware that if they need us at any point during their stay they can contact us and a member of our team will reply as soon as possible. We encourage regular communication with our guests to ensure all problems are eradicated quickly and to see if anything else is needed. For overseas guests, we can also arrange for all check in details to be sent early to fit around flights etc so they are received in time for the arrival day.
