A traditional farm cottage with large garden and parking located in the heart of rural Devon on a Farm Park with animals which can be visited whenever you like during your stay.

We have been busy on the farm and have so far this year restricted the number of guests in our holiday cottages due to building works on our house, BUT we are nearing the end of the works and have availability throughout July and August at reduced rates. Honeysuckle Cottage sleeps a maximum of 5 people in two bedrooms and Rose Cottage can accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms. Separate enclosed gardens. Each booking has a complimentary alpaca walk and access to the farm park throughout your stay. Please message us direct for pricing if you are interested, Friday changeover.😁 SORRY NO DOGS

We've not posted on this page for a while - been a busy year so far as we've had lambs, goat kids, chicks arriving! The farm park is busy but we've got room for extra visitors and you can stay on site in the cottages and see the animals whenever you want to!!!

"We have just arrived back from a weeks stay at Honesysuckle Cottage and had an amazing time. We got there pretty late but when we arrived we were greeted by Cathy, Stuart and baby goat Phil. My 3 kids got to hold Phil within 5 mins of arriving, this really set the par for the rest of the holiday. Stuart offered for us to help feed the animals in the morning much to my children's excitement, we would always say goodnight to the animals too. You have private access to the farm during the stay. "

Caroline & Chris are staying with us in Rose Cottage this week. They're experienced with animals and Caroline works at an alpaca farm in Hampshire! She was lucky enough to see Fern's babies up close yesterday, what a great time of year to visit during kidding and see some of our new arrivals.... 😍

Today we've been here..... Lynton & Lynmouth, the trip up to Lynton on the railway is a must. If you combine with cream tea at The Pavilion dining room at Lynmouth even better! 😋

Availability for both cottages is filling fast but we still have one week available in Rose Cottage from 2nd July £839.
You can also book Honeysuckle Cottage from 25th June for 7 nts for £881 and from 3rd September for 7nts £804.
That's almost all availability that's left, when its gone, it's gone........

Don't forget, we're now open as a farm park and during your stay you have open access to the farm park to visit the animals as many times as you want to..... (even when it's closed!). You can explore the lake and woodland at your leisure and you get to walk alpacas while you're with us too! 😊🐰🦙🐐🐑

We're so pleased that in the last 7 days we've had 3 families choosing to return to Venton Farm Holiday Cottages in 2021. Each of them has chosen to stay in the alternative cottage to the one they stayed in before, as our first guests to return to the other accommodation it will be really interesting for us to know how they compare them! Given the recent announcements, all holiday accommodation in the UK has seen an increase in bookings. Honeysuckle Cottage is now full through July and August, we do still have availability in Rose Cottage during the school holidays, lots of new animals here waiting to meet new and returning guests 😁
