This large 7 bedroom house (6 double bedrooms) is on Downs View and enjoys one of the best locations in Bude. It is just a few minutes level walking distance from Crooklets and Summerleaze sandy beaches and has amazing views over the golf course across to the sea.

The house has its own parking for up to 5 cars and addtional free parking along the road in front. The house also has a large front lounge, a huge dining room and 5 bathrooms/toilets.
