I keep reading a lot of comments on the LoveHolidays posts about the collapse of the FTI group.

There are a lot of people upset and concerned, and one of the biggest concerns I can see is the lack of communication and people struggling to get hold of LoveHolidays for reassurance about their holiday as people have spent a lot of their well-earned money on a holiday that they have looked forward to.

I think a lot of people have forgotten too quickly that both Love Holidays and On the Beach left ABTA in 2020... the reason being that they didn't want to be forced to refund customers when things went wrong such as Covid or an accommodation supplier collapse.

I've lost a few bookings to these companies, and while I do appreciate sometimes I may come out a little more expensive than these online companies, you really do get what you pay for.

Booking with me means that you will always get hold of me 24/7 - my customers will appreciate that I do work late to help them as soon as is necessary.

It's the little things... and to be fair, I usually can match or beat the online prices. On the rare occasion that I can't, there's usually a reason and the phrase "if it seems too good to be true, it probably is" springs to mind each time.

Depart the capital to travel down to the South of the island to visit the colonial town of Galle, without a doubt Sri Lanka's foremost urban attraction. Your guided city tour will explore Galle Fort, a walled town built by the Dutch in the 18th Century, and now a world heritage site. Inside the walls, you will find the old Colonial traders' houses transformed into a lovely mix of boutique art galleries, shops, and bohemian cafes, infused with the scents of spices and the tropics. After enjoying lunch in Galle you will travel to the Sinharaja Forest Reserve, the last major undisturbed area of rainforest in Sri Lanka, where you will spend the next two nights at the
award-winning Rainforest Eco Lodge. Each of the architecturally designed 16 chalets has its own living room and private deck to enjoy the breathtaking views of the forest canopy, rice paddies, and tea gardens.

💙The Irini Studios are situated in a quiet area on the hillside overlooking the picturesque harbour of Yialos, a lovely town made up of narrow cobbled streets and pastel coloured houses. A ten minute walk will take you to Yialos harbour with its wide variety of tavernas, bars, shops and restaurants. The pebbly town beach is a 30 minute walk away and there are water taxis waiting to take you to other beaches around the island. Yialos is a pretty town which becomes full of tourists and visitors from about 11am until 3pm, when the tourist boats arrive from mainland Greece and the island of Rhodes. You can sit for hours just people watching whilst enjoying a coffee at one of the waterfront cafes. In the late afternoon and into the evening, the harbour area becomes quiet again, allowing for romantic sunset strolls and leisurely evening meals. This accommodation is perfect for those seeking a taste of traditional Greece and a warm, welcoming atmosphere💙

when on holiday who loves to do a day trip.
Today we did a 6 hour private tour
