Here it is - our first exhibition stand as Woodcote Events.

What a weekend!

We were the team behind the Scrambler Ducati stand at the hugely popular The Bike Shed Moto Show 2024, where a press reveal of two concept scramblers took place on Friday 24th May.

A collaboration of effort with our client and Protec European Events to deliver a stage for the talented designers from the Ducati team, so they could reveal their creations.

Also on the stand was the talented Tom Fuller from Image Design Custom Ltd putting his work unique style and stamp on a Scrambler Icon.

Not only that, but Jo was on hand all weekend, gathering feedback on the concepts and talking to the thousands of visitors that came through the doors.

It’s been months in the making and today we delivered the first Roadshow 2024!

The first venue to host was and bikers came from far and wide to demo ride the latest model range.

We enjoyed every minute. The highlight was meeting the legend himself. What a character!

Great to see everyone enjoy the day and congratulations to Jamie Marsh, who won today’s fastest lap on the MotoGP PlayStation game.

Same again tomorrow. Bring it on!

Sometimes things don’t go according to plan.

That’s what happened with the Go-Pro on Gareth and Virgil’s first training session. It was switched off when it was meant to be on. Not surprising, considering how muddy it was out there!

We promised updates on their Dawn to Dusk Enduro race training, and this was the first ever enduro riding Gareth has ever done. So, even though there’s not a great amount to see here, you get the idea!

We promised a big announcement last week, but work got in the way, however… the cat is finally out of the bag!

We're thrilled to share another exciting update and, this time, it's with a personal twist.

Co-founder Gareth, after overcoming major physical challenges, is gearing up for Dawn to Dusk Enduro: the UK’s biggest 12-hour motorcycle endurance race in August 2024!

Gareth will be joined by his good friend and colleague, Virgil, to be a 2-man team in this physically and mentally gruelling challenge.

In the off-road landscape of Wales, our Champions embarked on a day of thrilling rides and adventures at Triumph Adventure Experience.

Despite the rain, spirits remained high, turning wet conditions into an extra layer of excitement (and challenge!)

What a great weekend to be involved in.

A group of motorcyclists needed some support to make their Scarborough trip happen this year.

It was our pleasure to arrange and manage the accommodation, including all the details the group needed to successfully manage their stay.

We then arranged a ‘supplies 🍺’ package to each house as a welcome, plus provisions for a cooked breakfast.

We also worked with the guys at Real Rider to take the group on a 190 mile stunning ride over the Yorkshire Moors.

It was amazing to be involved and also enjoy the weekend with them.

We’re already arranging the groups plans for next year.

We can carry 5 passengers / crew, motorbikes, luggage to support our clients with their events.

We’ve had a busy week this week planning, pitching and designing events. Next week we get out on the road to present our ideas.

Watching the MotoGP from Circuit Catalunya, we remembered that Gareth had been on the podium there 😂😂

It’s a few years ago when he managed the press ride for the new Triumph Street Triple. Managing the riders waves, road route and the track, using professional riders to enhance the experience.

He even managed to get on track for a lap or two.

What an awesome team he had to make sure the event went without a hitch.

We can’t wait to do this type of event again soon.

What a way to cheer yourself up!

After just 3 1/2 weeks since open surgery, Gareth decided to get out on his bike. A lovely early evening ride with his mates was a great way to improve the mental health.

Our medication is most definitely MOTORBIKES 🏍️
