Travel update 🌍

From 22 September, eight countries will be removed from the red list, including Turkey and Pakistan.

From 4 October, we will be switching to a simplified travel list and pre-departure tests will be scrapped for eligible fully vaccinated passengers.

Before the end of October, testing requirements will also be further reduced as eligible fully vaccinated passengers from non-red countries will be able to replace ‘day 2’ PCR tests with cheaper lateral flow tests, with a confirmatory PCR if they test positive.

I spent the last couple of days up in Durham visiting the passport office (I forgot to renew in time 🙈). We stayed in the Marriott Royal County Durham and I would definitely recommend from the service, rooms and location.
