F.A.M.E is a company my husband and I have founded since 2005/6.

Marcus and I decided to collaborate together and form the name which signifies Fitness, Arts, Music and Education. The company was formed by Marcus and Natalie Sherard. I have been working within Cardiff Council Leisure, the Private Sector and self employment for health and fitness since 1988. I have gained a vast amount of education and experience. In the past 22 years of service I have acquired

valuable job opportunities through-out the health and fitness industry. I started at the Empire 50 metre Olympic Swimming Pool complex as a Lifeguard, Receptionist coach and Health and Fitness attendant. My husband is originally from America and studied at the prestigious Wisconsin College Conservatory of Music and received a Bach Science in Film from the University Milwaukee Wisconsin. Marcus also works for the Council as a Centre Assistant coaching trampoline and football. In his spare time he produces music, plays the keyboard and works with singers coaching vocal arrangement. My husband had a top 40 dance hit on billboard in 1993. Did you know it is a fact that obesity rates will cost the NHS 51.000 billion pounds a year by 2050.
