Norfolk Seaside Getaway on Sundowner Holiday Park The Sundowner site is ideally situated for those wanting either a traditional family holiday or those desiring something a little quieter and more peaceful.

A newly decorated and refurbished, 3 bedded chalet situated on the Sundowner Holiday Park, Hemsby, approximately 7 miles from Gt Yarmouth and convenient for the Norfolk Broads. It is situated on Newport Road where you will find entertainment for all ages, a pub with Sky Sports, an amusement arcade, a Bar and Grill Restaurant, a Fish and Chip shop, a Diner and access to the beach. A new bakery and

launderette can be found on the Beach Road in Hemsby, which is approximately 15 minutes walk from the chalet. The chalet has a comfortable lounge with a flat screen television with Freeview + DVD player and new 2 + 3 seater sofas, a newly decorated and refurbished this year fully fitted kitchen, with new cooker/hob, new fridge freezer, microwave, and a new toaster and kettle. The bathroom is newly decorated and refurbished with walk in shower. Sleeping accommodation is in three rooms which have all been decorated this year, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom which has a single bed and bunk beds. All linen is provided except for towels and each room has an electric heater. Electricity is provided by a slot meter taking both £1 and £2 coins. Parking is immediately outside the chalet. Other things to note:

Bookings will be taken from over 21's only
No parties are allowed
The chalet is no smoking
No dogs

The chalet is ready for occupation from 3:00pm, the key being available from a key safe situated on the front of the property. The code for the key safe will be provided 24 hours prior to your stay. Departure time is 10:00am. Please message us for any enquiries!
