We have enclosed deck with small private bridge over a small stream( and visiting ducks nearby) modern double luxury lodge, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both have one accessible from each bedroom as ensuite and also from hall as stand alone. One with shower over bath one with shower. Full size fridge/freezer, Sunny deck with outside seating, hot tub and dining table. Two minutes walk to lake. Two minutes walk to bar/restaurant with small arcadeand shop and indoor pool, some activities and entertainment. Bus stop on main road for lakes circular left to Ambleside and Keswick and beyond and right is Windermere and Bowness. Next to Brockhole ( no car parking charges as can walk ) Kids activities, high ropes, canoes, boat trip, cafe and gardens. 5* reviews for us, bo agency commission which can aff up to 30% to holiday cost via agency.
