Coronavirus update, 29 August 2020
The State of Florida has lifted the prohibition of vacation rentals in Polk County, where Florida Breeze Villa is located. We are taking additional safety precautions, including additional cleaning between rentals. Florida has lifted the self-quarantine requirement for travelers from the New York Tri-State area. The theme parks have now reopened.

The UK and Canadian governments have advised against all non-essential travel to the US, and the US government has banned travel to the US from Europe (except for US citizens, permanent residents and their families). We do not know how long this will last, but if you live outside the US and have a booking with us over the next few months there must be a possibility that you will not be able to travel to Florida for your vacation.
For existing bookings, we will follow these guidelines:
1. You are welcome to change your booking to dates when we have availability, without additional charge for a stay of the same length (unless you wish to change to dates in the peak Christmas or Easter periods, in which case the higher peak rates would apply). This is our current availability:

2. If you wish to cancel the booking, our terms provide for a 50% charge if you cancel between 4 and 8 weeks before your arrival, and 90% if you cancel less than 4 weeks before your arrival. Hopefully your travel insurance policy will cover you for these charges - if you need a letter for your insurance company, please let us know.
3. If your final balance is due soon, but you want to wait and see if the travel restrictions will be lifted in time for your holiday, we can be flexible about the date on which the balance is due.
For new bookings, we will still ask for a deposit to secure the dates, but we will vary our terms so that you can cancel without further charge if the travel restrictions are still in place 4 weeks before your arrival date.
