To all my much valued clients

As you may know Luxury Holidays and Honeymoons was taken over on 13 November 2023.
This happened because the CEO Charlotte Davies had been spending all forward paid commisions and the business bank account had very little money in, so the decision was made by Andrew Earles to remove Charlotte as the CEO and block her access to the company accounts.
Firstly I must stress that you as a much valued customer have absolutely nothing to worry about. Your holiday booking is 100% absolutely safe!

When you book your holiday the booking goes straight to midcounties (co-op) along with any monies you pay, this money is then ringfenced and protected by Abta so you have no need for concern regarding your booking!
However, midcounties send the agents commision payments to Charlotte as Luxury Holidays CEO 6 weeks after the booking is placed and she pays the agents (myself) after you have travelled.
It is these commision payments Charlotte Davies has spent so there was no money to pay the agents for the work they have done and will continue to do.
Any monies that weren’t paid to Charlotte Davies have been kept by Andrew Earle’s to cover admin which means that I will not be paid at all for any bookings I have made.

As Andrew Earle’s has taken over all current bookings made under Luxury Holidays and Honeymoons he will be sending tickets out direct to you, so please print them off or follow the instructions for checking in on the email.
I have asked to be kept involved with your bookings as your agent so I can ensure all your plans go smoothly and because even though I will not be paid as the agent for your booking, I truly value your custom and the trust you have placed in me.
