This is our third time staying at the Lodge. We went with our three children. The Lodge is very comfortable with great amenities. It is a very quiet and peaceful location, with beautiful views. My kids always look forward to staying here and we have made some great memories. It is a great location to explore Devon. We will definitely book again. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

"We stayed at Dunster Lodge earlier this year for a 4 day break with our girls. The lodge was beautiful, all the amenities you would need. It's in a lovely location high up on a hill with views of the valley and river below. There are a few pubs nearby, our favourite was the Sun, great pub food and the family that owned it were lovely, as were the locals. Distance wise to most of the seaside resorts and national trust castles we found to be around an hour. Mileage wise its not far, but with the winding lanes it generally took around an hour. But you have many that fall around this distance due to its great central location so lots on offer. We spent the day at Woolacombe beach which was great. We visited Castle Drogo and Dunster Castle, both were stunning. I can highly recommend this place and we will definitely be visiting again."
