✨ Introducing the gorgeous Villa Chiaraluce, a fabulous three bedroom villa in Puglia close to fabulous Italian restaurants and pristine beaches from only £519pp in September 2023 based on six people travelling! ✨

Sprinkled across the slopes above the wide sandy beaches of southern Puglia are small villages, where time has not stood still but seems to run at a rather more leisurely pace. Such is the setting for this beautiful new villa, set between the seaside village of Torre Vado and the inland village of Morciano, surrounded by its own sun-soaked olive groves, and built with contemporary facilities including air conditioning.

Within the villa, the well-equipped kitchen with pretty tiles is open-plan to a comfortable and characterful sitting/dining room with beautiful vaulted ceilings. Access to the spacious master double bedroom is from one side of the sitting room. The other two spacious bedrooms are accessed from the opposite side near the dining area. All have French windows opening to the gardens. The young owners have taken great care to decorate their villa with interesting wooden pieces and beautiful decorative ceramics, typical of the area.

Outside, one terrace is equipped with soft seating and the kitchen opens out to a further terrace for al fresco dining shaded beneath a pergola. The new infinity pool (finished in January 2020) has been sunk into the sunny gardens and there is also a characteristic ‘pajara’ a circular stone built structure in the gardens, typical of the area. Energetic guests can walk down to Torre Vado (uphill on the way back!) and the hillsides here are dotted with the characteristic circular ‘pajara’ structures, villages and amazing views.
There are plenty of inexpensive restaurants locally and shops in the local village of Morciano or Torre Vado.

A cluster of coastal villages, beaches with excellent lively beach clubs, ideal for enjoying sunset drinks and dinner and bays are within a very easy drive. Boat trips are available from the harbour of torre Vado. For day trips, we recommend visiting Gallipoli, Otranto and Lecce. This beautiful new property is an excellent choice for an easy holiday in an authentic location.

✨ Villa Abelia, a wonderful three bedroom villa in North East Corfu just minutes from the bustling Kassiopi Harbour with excellent bars and restaurants on your doorstep from only £459pp in May 2023 based on six people travelling! ✨

This two-level house in Kassiopi is centrally located in Corfu’s charming fishing town. The property is spacious, fresh and modern – and a great choice for a family, with three generous bedrooms that can sleep 6. Each of the rooms has the luxury of an en suite bathroom; the master suite has a separate bath and rainfall shower, while another of the doubles can be made up as a twin if it suits better. Each bedroom is very contemporary in style, decorated in neutral tones for maximum light, and with access to a furnished outdoor terrace for added indulgence. The grey and white hues continue into the stylish downstairs living spaces – designed with maximum comfort in mind, there’s an extremely spacious living room, with two separate sofas, an armchair and French doors that lead out to the private pool terrace.

The ground floor is completed with a modern dining room and high-spec kitchen, finished with plenty of chopping space and a gorgeous central island, there’s also access to an additional outdoor dining terrace. Outside, the villa has a large private swimming pool, and there are sun loungers and inflatables available. Villa Abelia is within a strollable distance to the bars and restaurants in Kassiopi, but for a change of scenery, there are tavernas and watersports in Avlaki, just 2.2km away.

Two shingle beaches (Soukia and Kalamionas) are both in walking distance from the villa. Car hire is not essential for your stay.
