Wow.....What a weekend...... I've been to London with our travel team!!

There are just too many words that could describe this weekend.....

The weekend was full of laughter, learning , recognition and all round fun.....

⭐ 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 ⭐

Well what a morning!!!! 💪

🥰 I woke up today feeling on top of the world.
But it's not always been this way.........

A few months ago, I felt I wasn't good enough. Doubt had crept in and it was sat on my shoulder telling me it was impossible to get where I wanted to be because it wasn't good enough. 😭
Then 2 months ago, I reached out to someone for help. I told her that I didn't know how to "go it alone".

⭐ She told me that she believed in me and I was stronger than I thought. She told me I had to become the leader. 💪
My mind was made up. I had to prove to myself I WAS good enough.
I now get up at 5.45 daily and even at weekends I'm up by 6.30.
I know that the early bird really does catch those worms and it's amazing what you can do in an hour before the kids wake up!!

Last night I had a last minute video call with this amazing lady who believed in me. All she said was one sentence. "𝙨𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙚"

To hear it from this amazing director was something else. She took me under her wing when I stood alone and for that I'll be forever grateful.

Now the "𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐋𝐄 seems 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐋𝐄!"

DON'T EVER let doubt creep in.....
DON'T EVER think you arent good enough......

I wanted to let you folks know how an opportunity has completely changed my life.

Sounds cheesy I know but it's true.

🎓 It's almost 3 years ago that I graduated with an honours degree from the open university and I was looking for something to do around the children.

Kieran suggested being a travel agent but at £14k, it was out of my league.

🌎 In October 2018..... I found a business I could work from home and it was infact in Travel. It's was a miniture fraction of the 14k cost too!!

This time last year, my life changed.
It was during a pandemic that I hit incredible goals that I had set for myself. Yes even in travel it's possible!!

However at the end of 2020, after a hard pandemic year in travel, I hit a stumbling block.

😢 It's been a tough few months. Hearing negativity from all angles. Being offered support and then having it snatched away. My mindset took a hit.

Finally in April, I found the support I needed.
I've had an amazing 8 weeks. I've been offered more than ever to help my business grow and from some incredible leaders.

🌎 Travel is changing and exciting things are happening behind the scenes, I can't wait to share it with all of you.

If you would like to travel more, experience more and earn more.....even if you are only looking for a side hustle alongside what you already do.......get in touch.
It will be the best decision you ever made 😁

Time to shake off the weekend and get down to business......This week is going to be amazing for so many reasons.

I have teams zooms throughout the week.

I have an amazing business bootcamp starting that I can't wait to be a part of.

Kids and me break up on Friday , and although Disney is cancelled again for a second may in a row, we might have a trip to the shop as a treat 🤣

Then special celebrations at the weekend for a couple who celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. 😍

⭐ Over the last 3 months I've been let down by more people than I care to imagine.

I've been told I'm not worthy !
I've been told I can't run 2 businesses, a family home and have a part-time job !
Ive been told I'll 𝙉𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍 make it to the top!

I've seeked support and help and people just keep throwing it back in my face. That's not leadership!!

⭐ Well I'm here to tell you that yesterday I hit a promotion by 𝙙𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚. I didn't need those doubters!!🥇

I'll continue to inspire and support my teams in the best way I know how and do my very best for them in every way.

This lady is going to the TOP 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 or 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 help and support and this lady also remembers who helped her to get there...... 😍

⭐ Self care Sunday ⭐

It's the last day of relaxing for the kids so I'm just letting them do their own thing all day. 😂
This gives me time to pamper myself.... A nice soak in the bath, colour my hair and plan for my week ahead. 😍

I'm so pleased to be having some normality back in our lives where I can conquer my own goals. 💪

People have made comments about me these last few months in the choices I've made. It normally doesn't bother me but did hit me hard and I doubted myself. 😢

😍💪 Since then, I've been given a reality check by someone special (she knows who she is) and I'm here to say that I can do what I set out to achieve. I have no other words.

Not sure anything can get better than yesterday but On December 22nd ......The UK team 🇬🇧 in the company was ranked way down at no 155 and virtually Non existent!! In just 6 days.......we had reached no 11!
Who even joins a company over Christmas? 😂

Last night the UK team were announced as no 2 in the company 🇬🇧 The team have become the fasting growing in the industry. Promotions, incentives and even cash are flying off the shelves like an Amazon warehouse. 😂🇬🇧

Such an exciting time to be a part of this business.

Times are tough. Everyone is dealing with this next lockdown in totally different ways. It's hard for everyone.
People are working from home but also having the stress of homeschooling the kids.
Sadly we can't control or change what is going on. People just need to do as they are told and stay safe.😍

⭐ I've been lucky enough to have my own business that allows me to homeschool and work at the same time with no pressures whilst sheilding. I've got the support of kids and my wonderful husband so Im very lucky.

So with this NEW LOCKDOWN 😳

⭐ 2021 is fast approaching and with a tough 2020 behind us, it's been hard to see a way out for most of us I'm sure.

Going forward.....

✅ I'm focussing on me

✅ I'm focussing on making a better life for my family

I rarely do New year's resolutions, I break them!! 🙈🤣
Breaking my goals down instead into small manageable bitesize chunks is the way forward.
