Why don’t people join PASC professional association of self catering rather than guessing yes it cost but £260.00 which aquates to £1.45 a day
As a business cost
It is far more knowledgeable and factually correct than FB groups and makes you look more professional
than asking mrs muggins at the corner shop sometimes it like a game of chinese whispers.
Eg like which bin bags to use or toilet roll when you have 11 lodges to run also get a proper profecinal property management softwear yes
Supercontrol may be pricey but completely essential to vat and business costings / never miss a booking and it is compliant with money transfers
Sorry but sometimes you/ we need to pay the money and drive forward
