Just had an amazing private tour of the newly opened St James Quarter in Edinburgh. A wonderful new retail and recreational space in the heart of the New Town. In the 18thC, this location boasted a beautiful Georgian Square that was sadly demolished last century to make way for the eyesore that was known as the St James Centre (shudder). There are ships to suit all demographics, interesting eateries on the upper floor, fantastic free provision of mobility vehicles AND a brilliant new car park, with wide parking spaces👍😊.
