Say hello to Sky's filly foal!!

I was commisioned by the owner/breeder to take some images of the new foal. The filly was a little over a week old and not allowed out of the stable. She is georgous and was so friendly. More images of this little beauty to follow.

Last weekend - A yard in Cambridgeshire and an early morning photo-shoot for sarah of her horse - Cooper. Cooper was a star and was well behaved throughout. Hats off to Sarah for the pre-dawn preparation. Look at Cooper's magnificant mane and tail!!

Cooper's colours were really brought out by the soft and gentle sunrise lighting.

I am looking forward to Sarah seening the rest of the images from the shoot.

Last Sunday I was out at my local riding school, photographing their Pony Club Musical Ride. i was very impressed with these young riders and their Pony Club guru Sarah Madison who organised them. the parents were there too, helping and supporting. Well done everyone i hope the video judging by the Pony Club goes well for you.

I really love the atmosphere that I was able to capture on an early morning shoot with this beautiful Lusitano mare, I feel the soft light compliments the elegance of this horse. I hope you like it too.

I'm exhibiting this image, taken last year year in France, as part of the Royston Photographic Society Annual Exhibition. This will be held at Royston & District Museum & Art Gallery from Saturday 17th March for the next six weeks. If you are in the locality, please pop in and see it.

I spent last night at RAF Odiham, home of the U.K. Chinook Force photographing helicopters from 28 Squadron. The lighting was outside my control but I am pleased with the results. Here is Chinook HC.4 ZH777 flanked by two other chinooks.
