Had to keep the original sound on this reel. Just seeing and hearing this amazing majestic beautiful creatures splashing about was exhilarating!
One thing we noticed was the sharks didn't bite or fight each other for the meat. Of 2 of them went to bite the meat one would give in. Table manners .

How many of you suffer jet lag?
As much as I love travelling and of course the aim is to travel at least once a month!! LOL! It can take time to recover from #jet lag. Here some tips and the ones I find most useful are the short nap (of course 🤣) and exposure to daylight so in my case I go for a walk...

🛌 Gradually adjust your sleep schedule: Start adjusting your sleep schedule a few days before your trip by going to bed and waking up slightly earlier or later, depending on the direction of travel. This can help your body adapt to the new time zone more smoothly.
💦 Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your flight to prevent dehydration, which can worsen the symptoms of jet lag. Avoid excessive caffeine and alcohol, as they can dehydrate you further and disrupt your sleep patterns.
☀️ Get sunlight exposure: Natural light helps regulate your body’s internal clock, so spend time outdoors during daylight hours once you arrive at your destination. This can help reset your circadian rhythm and reduce the effects of jet lag.
😴Take short naps strategically: While it’s tempting to take a long nap upon arrival, try to limit it to short naps (20-30 minutes) to avoid interfering with your ability to sleep at night. If you must nap, aim to do so in the early afternoon to minimize disruption to your sleep schedule.
💊 Consider using melatonin: Melatonin supplements can help regulate your sleep-wake cycle and ease the transition to a new time zone. Take melatonin about 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime at your destination, but consult with a healthcare professional before using it, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking other medications.
