HI everyone I don’t know about you but I have had a very busy travel year. We visited New york , Bahamas , Florida , Kos & Mexico … these trips were possible as I used my travel program to earn commission on my own bookings, from holidays to airport parking. Also we have been using our Avios points to help upgrade flights or pay for the flights we have taken. Happy new year to you all hope you all had lovely Christmas break . I wanted to share with you all that I’m an independent travel agent happy to help with your travel bookings for 2022, also if your interested in joining as a travel agent and saving on your own travel please ask me any questions you have.

We have been having an amazing break at the Anantara in Dubai, the restaurants and bars on the resort are lovely and the staff cannot do enough for you. They have an amazing swimming and smaller lagoons to swim in if you fancy something a bit quieter. It’s great for couples but also those with teens they have a teens club and plenty of water sports on the beach

Been a fab staycation this week in Norfolk with my family…. We stayed in this converted house, it has been converted into about 3 apartments we had a 3 bed loft apartment great size living area and 2bathroons on some beautiful grounds . There was plenty to do and see even if the weather wasn’t great we still made the most of it . We rented a boat for the day and cruised around the broads . Went to Wells next the sea for a mooch around the town and walk along the pretty beach . Followed by a trip on a steam train to Sheringham ❤️

Austin really is a fun place to visit lots of love music in the bars and bbq restaurants to have some amazing food…. Can’t forget shopping where you can get Stetson shopping you get one totally suited to you…. I hope you enjoyed some of the insight of cruising, there are UK cruises planned with Royal Carribean and other cruise lines this year and in 2022 if this is something you want to try there are 2 night weekend cruises and mid week options available. I wanted to mention the onboard restaurants there are many to choose from you could go to a different one each night, there is the main dining restaurant over 2 floors and very grand decoration, there’s always a little entertainment at the end of the dinner . There is a steak house , fine dining, seafood restaurant and a experience dining called wonderland it is incredible and worth a try. The decor is amazing and attention to detail is fab, each meal is playing with your senses as you eat they have a mad hatter who is fantastic. Along with restaurants there are bars too from with piano playing, cocktail , champagne and robotic bars. Also a lovely bar the rising tide you get on and every 30mins it moves level through bout the day and night it’s a great place for a drink … there is plenty to mention if cruising is something you want to know more about please contact me if you want to know more happy to help you plan your holiday , whenever your thinking about .

We joined the ship at Miami this is an amazing place to visit if you can I would allow a day or two to explore if you decide to go on a cruise from here… then we visited saint marten, san jaun and royal Carribeans private island perfect day . All amazing places and plenty of things to do and see San jaun is great for the shoppers and has plenty of bargains to be had in the shops many brands you will recognise are there guess, Tommy hill figure , Hugo boss and many more . Saint marten is a paradise island you have to take a short boat ride to get to the island from the ship but so worth it . We found an amazing bar that done great cocktails and shrimp whilst enjoying the paradise island and taking a dip in the sea. Perfect day is a definite must if you are doing a US cruise with Royal Carribean it has water park for for all the family, zip wire that goes across the island , a hot air balloon that takes you above the island and jet ski tours it is beautiful you spend the whole day there doing what ever you want . Back in 2019 I was fortunate to go on a Carribean cruise with a great group of people 18 of us in total we had a great time onboard Symphony of the seas with royal Carribean. They were able to accommodate our party with rooms next to each other, group dinner bookings for dinner and drinks where ever we went. The staff really are incredible .. obviously now crusing will be different with having wearing masks onboard and a requirement to have had both vaccinations before boarding. I would recommend it before COVID the hygiene onboard wa paramount with hand sanitizers everywhere and having to sanitise before going to restaurants and some bigger restaurants would have e wash basins to wash your hands. The ship is amazing it is one of royal Carribean biggest ships . There is so much to do and see onboard

The Cotswold farm park is a fantastic day out for all the family to enjoy there are plenty of gem animals to see and you can safely feed the animals and plenty of activities for children to play with as well you can easily spend all day there , there is also a campsite for caravans and lodges to rent on site with access to local walks from the campsite. Another great day is crocodile zoo the only one in the uk again a fantastic day out for all the family to enjoy and plenty of crocs to see

Before I share details on my cruise I thought it would be fitting to share some pictures of the Cotswolds it’s right on my doorstep and a great place for those who are thinking about where to go away this year. These pictures are from one of many walks that can be done around a beautiful town called Chipping Norton . There are many walks to keep you occupied and is only a short drive from Stow on the wold, Broadway , Bourton on the water and the slaughters . The town has a lot to offer with local shops, pubs , restaurants and tea rooms . There are many local hotels and cottages if you would like any recommendations please let me know
