We’ve had a very busy Spring and Summer in Crow’s Nest Cottage Flamborough with so many wonderful guests!

The weather is still relatively mild for stunning cliff top and beach walks. In the evening, cosy pubs with blazing log fires and home cooked food are less than a minute’s stroll from the front door!

A lovely returning guest had this to say as she checked out today:

“Another stay at The Crows Nest for us! The cottage is so cosy, well equipped and in an ideal location. 100% recommend and look forward to returning.

Looks like the extremely rare Black Browed Albatross has returned to Bempton Cliffs for another season!!

The albatross was first seen in Europe in 2014, and is believed to have been blown off course and become unable to return to its natural habitats in the Falkland Islands and South Georgia in the South Atlantic.

The lost wanderer was first spotted at Bempton Cliffs in 2017, and visited again last summer. The RSPB have now confirmed that it is back among the gannet colonies of Flamborough Head again, having survived an attack by nine white-tailed eagles in Denmark this spring which many birdwatchers feared had led to its death.

The albatross moved visitors to Bempton Cliffs to tears when it 'dive bombed' the viewpoint at Staple Newk, and its appearance is expected to attract huge crowds.

As we have recently gained a lot of lovely new followers (over 500 of you now ❤️!), we thought a quick update on what we offer might be useful.

Crow’s Nest Cottage is a beautifully converted 200 year old former fisherman’s cottage right in the heart of Flamborough village and a short stroll from the stunning Flamborough Head heritage coast!

The cottage is ‘oh so cosy’ with thick walls and beams, but with a stylish modern interior and with everything you might need during your stay!

Perfect for couples, we are pet friendly. Choice of village shops, pubs and restaurants within 100 meters and miles of stunning cliff top and beach walks within 15 minutes walk from the front door.

We rent privately and via Airbnb with over 100 amazing guest reviews!

Two nights minimum stay (at least 3 nights is recommended to appreciate everything this wonderful coast has to offer).

We still have good Spring availability, summer months are starting to book up (in anticipation of the return of the Puffins!) but dates are still available!
