The walk down the beach from Broadstairs to Ramsgate is one of my favourites! You have to check the tide tables before you go as the beach is completely covered at high tide - although you can always take the route at the top of the cliffs through the park if you get it wrong.

I cant say I am total agreement - Stone Bay or Viking Bay get my vote but this is only a short trip from Broadstairs, the challenge will be parking - that is why we are so lucky to have offstreet parking .
Pretty much all the beaches are great in Thanet !

I love these steps in Ramsgate. They were re-tiled as part of a local school art project. There should be more initiatives like this!!
