Every year I make a ‘wish list’ of places and hotels I want to see and visit and try my best to make it happen around school holidays and work commitments.

ANTIGUA

This long-established resort has three enchanting restaurants, of which the most romantic is clifftop Cove in its candlelit hall with flaming torches and sea views, serving Caribbean and French fusion cuisine.
