“One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. Everything had been carefully thought through and everything had been designed for our comfort and enjoyment.

Alex went out of her way to ensure that we felt at home, were comfortable and has a great stay.

The lodge is well designed, original, peaceful, tastefully decorated and situated in a lovely spot for a break.

It was spotlessly clean and all check in, check out and usage details were clearly described.

I cannot recommend this lodge and Alex’s hosting highly enough. I will certainly be back to stay again…”

2 Rogers Row is a cosy, recently refurbished 19th century cottage, which is full of character, situated in a quiet, peaceful location in the sought after location of Burnham Market. The property is tucked away, yet just a short stroll from the bustling village centre. You have use of your very own secluded private garden during your stay. You are located just 2 miles from Burnham Overy Staithe where you can join the coastal path, go sailing, paddle boarding or just relax and take in the sea air!

We still have some remaining December availability if you fancy a short break and to experience the beautiful Christmas lights in the village! 🎄 ⭐️

🐚 SEASHELL COTTAGE 🐚 in Wells-Next-The-Sea is available for the weekend of Wells Christmas Tide! (29th November 2024)

🎄 Christmas light switch on is 4:30pm on the Saturday and Santa will be arriving from the North Pole by sea at around 5pm (followed by a spectacular fireworks display)

🎄 The festival will start at 6:30pm with a special appearance from Fakenham town band and carol singing

🎄 Mulled wine and refreshments will be available for a truly magical Christmas event

Seashell Cottage is available at just £150 per night (3 night minimum stay)

The property is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful location and is situated just 100 yards from the slipway at East Quay (harbour side). This unique and stylish retreat offers sea views from the top floor and has been built sustainably, using recycled wood and upcycled materials. The cottage also runs on 100% renewable energy

Anyone stuck for Christmas gift ideas? We’ve have had many guests book Beach Hut 65 this year as a surprise for a loved one, for a special celebration or family reunion! You are more than welcome to pop down early doors and put up decorations (or the evenjng before if the hut is free) to make your day extra special! 🌊 🐚

“The lodge was in pristine condition, well looked after and provided everthing we needed. The area was beautiful, private, and within driving distance to local pubs, restaurants and beaches. The decor of the lodge was clean and stylish, with incredible views. The info folder in the lodge was very helpful, and provided us with recommended local activities and places to eat.
