In our brand new 2022 model caravan situated lakeside on the Pinewood retreat new development of The Grange Leisure Park in Mablethorpe

You pull up to our caravan with parking spot for up to 2 cars. Theres a large wrap around decking featuring glass panels to the front with the lake view of the fishing lake on Pinewood Retreat 🎣
💦We have our own private sunken hot tub for our guests to enjoy.
The water is changed between guests and maintained daily throughout your stay.
There's rattan garden furniture for guests to sit out and enjoy the surroundings.

🤩Inside we have a large open plan living/dining and kitchen area.
As you walk in there's a full size fridge freezer
Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, all brand new.
full size cooker, integrated microwave and even a dishwasher.
The central dining table is the hub of the caravan with the living are just behind there's 2 sofas a smart 43inch TV and dvd player with a selection of dvds.
Full width sliding doors to the front of the caravan lead to the spacious deck and hot tub and those views!
We have a large shower room and WC and a further WC
3 bedrooms (1 double and 2xtwin) all with smart tvs and wardrobe storage areas
Double glazed and central heated throughout, also USB plug sockets

So they've made a start with the hot tub and decking... (ignore the cream caps it's where the lights are going) just rest of spindles and then the front glass to fit.
Will all be ready to welcome our 1st guests next weekend 😀
I will add more photos once finished but at least it gives people the idea what the finished product is gonna look like x

Dees Caravan Lettings family is officially on its plot.
As you can see the caravan is now in its new home and just look at that view 🎣
Now it's just the wait for the 💦hot tub and the decking to be fitted
It's so exciting that things are moving along

This is a brand new 2022 model 🤩 with front sliding doors ↔️, tarmac drive 🚗 , spacious layout throughout, double glazing, gas central heating 🥵, dishwasher, integrated microwave, fridge freezer 🥶, smart TVs in the lounge and all bedrooms 📺, Wi-Fi, 3 large bedrooms and much, much more!!!

We have chosen a large lakeside plot on the fishing lake 🎣
