We've had flurry of new followers so we thought it was the right time to tell you a little bit about Savvy Escapes!

Savvy Escapes was set up by Lucy to provide gorgeous holiday homes that are furnished beautifully (Lucy is also an interior designer!!), filled with thoughtful touches and provide everything you need to relax on the perfect family escape.

'The most lovely house which literally couldn’t get closer to the beach. Sitting on the patio listening to the waves breaking on the shore and taking in the incredible view made for the perfect stay. Lucy has thought of everything - the kids had so many toys to play with, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need - including an Nespresso with aeroccino.

I loved the abundance of cutlery and the massive dining table meant our entire family of 10 could sit and have dinner overlooking the sea. There was even a homemade lemon cake waiting for us in the cake tin and filtered water and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Just fabulous. Being right on the beach made it so easy to actually make use of the kayaks too.

The beds were big and comfortable with fluffy snuggly duvets and crisp white linen. The kids were beside themselves with their bunk bed room filled with toys! Nothing had been overlooked and Lucy was super helpful.

Can’t recommend enough.'

'5 star stay at Lucy's Hayling Island house. Perfect for a family with children everything, from plastic plates and cups for the children - to all the toys and games they could wish for. The house was lovely and a stones throw from the beach.

We all had a fantastic time celebrating my mums 60th birthday with 6 adults and four children. Thank you, we will definitely come back again!'

I absolutely love grabbing a coffee from Southsea Beach Cafe and strolling along the seafront, through Old Portsmouth, all the way the way to Gunwharf Quays.

'Ten of us had a wonderful time in this lovely house, Seascape. It had everything we needed: 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds; 2 bathrooms and one cloakroom; a lounge with loads of seating; a balcony; a garden; a dining area with a big round table (where no one could get stuck on the end) and seating for everyone; a very well-stocked kitchen with fridge, diswasher (very important if you're in a large group), microwave, toaster, larder etc. But it also had lots of unexpected extras: the owner had left us a lovely cake and a bottle of fizzy wine; there was an amazing games room with a projector and cinema seats, a bar and fridge, disco lights, a pool table and table football; there was a cupboard full of games, lots of books and children's toys, and we even found a punch and judy show! Not to mention the cool random retro objects and pictures dotted around the house. Plenty of entertainment for kids and adults alike!'

Each of our beautiful boutique properties has been styled to perfection and is full of thoughtful touches to make your stay delightful. Whether you are looking for a Hampshire country retreat, a spacious Surrey pad with an outdoor swimming pool or a seaside bolt-hole, we have the escape for you.

FARMSCAPE - Steep, nr Petersfield, Hampshire. Tucked away on the side of the Hampshire Hangers, Locket's Farm is close to the village of Steep, near Petersfield. It is a smallholding, popular with families who want to enjoy the animals.

VILLAGESCAPE - West Meon, Hampshire. The Clock House is in the heart of the picturesque village of West Meon, Hampshire. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it is the perfect place from which to explore the local attractions.

HILLSCAPE - Shamley Green, Surrey. Located on a private estate in the Surrey Hills, close to Shamley Green. With views stretching right down to the coast, this is a beautiful, secluded spot, ideal for a restorative break. SEASCAPE - Right on the seafront, Hayling Island. ​Seascape is in South Hayling Island in Hampshire and backs directly on to the beach.
