The stunning North Devon Coastline is just a short drive away with Woolacombe Beach being approx. 3 miles away and the world famous Saunton Sands Golf Course and beach only 6 miles. away’ from it all, but is an ideal place from which to explore all that North Devon has to offer including Exmoor National Park and the surrounding towns including Ilfracombe which offers excellent eateries including a Michelin star restaurant, beautiful harbour views and Damien hursts famous ‘Verity’ statue. The property has been updated and renovated to a very high standard with outstanding panoramic views across the rolling countryside. The fully equipped kitchen area including DeLonghi coffee machine overlooks the lawned garden and has wooden beams and oak flooring. The open plan lounge/dining area has been tastefully furnished and has a large comfy corner sofa, tiffany style lamps, dining table and chairs for 2 and wood burner for cosy evenings in. A conservatory room offers additional space with rattan furniture ideal for relaxing with a good book or just taking in the beautiful views. The double bedroom has built in wardrobes, TV, USB plugs, a dressing area with dressing table/desk area, for those that may need to work whilst away.
