We finally had some sunshine and headed for a walk on Hayle beach! This is only 10mins from Little Seawitch.

Porthmeoer Beach in St Ives! Only 15 mins from Little Seawitch….. but don’t drive in make sure you get the train from St Erth. The best 12min train journey you’ll ever take and no stress to park

Praa Sands- just 10mins drive from little Seawitch. Lots of parking, several walks along the coast path and a cafe and bar to refuel after a long walk!

We have availability for the odd night or even a slightly longer stay.

Perranuthnoe beach just 10 mins from Little Seawitch- time it right and the tides up high so a short walk down the slip way and away you swim.
Go early then have breakfast at The Cabin or Pepperpot cafe

A local event that’s well worth the 10 minute drive.

Don't forget Porthleven Torchlight Procession Monday 30th August 8pm. Porthleven Town Band will be leading the way. If anyone is available to help out with marshelling please get in touch, we'd be grateful for any support but if you have an upto date first aid certificate this would be amazing.

Torches are now available to purchase from Four Crows Gallery.

Glow sticks- £2 each or 2 for £3

The wind is tricky and can change in a instant.
You will be out of your depth and swept out to sea.

There is no point in taking unnecessary risks when it comes to staying safe.

Stick to a lifeguarded beach and don’t be a fool leave the inflatables for the pool.

Please check tides before you go out, take a means of calling for help, wear a buoyancy aid if you're kayaking or paddleboarding, if you find yourself unexpectedly in the water, then call for help.

Only 10 mins from Little Seawitch is the beautiful Perranuthnoe beach! Great cafe, parking only £2 for the day and not too crowded like many of the well know beaches!

This is such a lovely apartment in a great location to explore lots of different areas of Cornwall! The apartment has everything you need for a great stay, we couldn’t fault it. Steve and Aisla were lovely hosts, easy to communicate with and very helpful. Be sure to visit their cafe in St Ives for delicious Pizza!

Little Seawitch is open most of the year and offers an excellent base for exploring. We can recommend places to visit, eat and drink or even provide breakfasts and dinners if that would help

More happy guests!

We loved our stay here. The name 'Perfectly Placed Bolthole' is accurate - it's the perfect place to explore the whole of West Cornwall. Everything we wanted to see and do was within an easy drive while Leedstown itself was quiet enough for relaxing down time. The apartment was clean and fresh and very well decorated. It's clear a lot of thought has gone into the finishing touches. The information book in the apartment is very useful with recommendations of local restaurants and places to visit. The cream tea waiting on arrival was also a great touch! Steve and Ailsa were very welcoming and friendly, and clearly take pride in their apartment and guest satisfaction. If in St Ives I'd highly recommend a visit to their cafe too for some lovely food. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Steve and Ailsa.”
