Details for our trip to Preston NE, Saturday 25th Jan. Please meet at the six medals pub for latest 0845am for a 9am departure. There is a refreshment stop on route !
Please ensure all your own refreshments are in a ruck sack / proper bag, no boxes or loose items please.
Don’t forget to bring change yes Money not just ya card Money so that you can have a go at our blind card and win ya seat money back.

Can all passengers please meet The Six Medals Pun at 4.15pm and we will leave shortly after.

Result aside. Away support this season has been class. It’s not the first time this season that Boro fans been so passionate in the stands before the game that we look the home side. Coventry stands out and then this yesterday, before the game 6,000 Boro fans singing Sweet Caroline while many Preston fans sat in awe filming us. This has to be a main stay next season, get the ground rocking, in the same way we allow teams to dictate play we should dictate the atmosphere ahead of the game regardless of how many fans we take. The last 15 minutes, 4-1 down belting ‘oh wilder said’ says enough about the passion of our amazing support. Onwards and upwards. UTFB!

Absolutely cracking day out at Coventry today. Although we didn’t perform on the pitch, you can’t argue that Boro fans didn’t perform off the pitch!

We would like to thank all who traveled with us to Derby today, the result may have been a draw but the fans are still in good spirits with Coach Karaoke. We may put a coach on to Coventry if there is enough interest so please let us know but we will defiantly be taking a coach to Notts Forest so see you all soon #UTB #coachkaraoke #teestravel

By the Fans, For the Fans!

We started this venture as two passionate Boro fans who travel to the majority of away games and having experienced a number of different travel options it became clear the best way to travel was on a coach; no fuel fees, no parking fees up on arrival etc!

Having put our heads together and thought about all the coaches we’d travelled on to the games and the different providers we decided that ‘quiet coaches’ were so draining, so mundane and so boring that it was hard to be excited for the 90 minute game of football in the middle of the journey. A ‘quiet coach’ is a coach that allows talking only to the person sat next to you, no music, no songs or chants and typically only 1 stop (depending on distance).

The coaches we really enjoyed (but very rare to find!) we ones that allowed music, chatter and banter from the front to the back, a coach that was equipped with food and drink to snack on, and a coach that stopped before arriving at the destination for a chance to have a proper meal and drink without the over inflated prices for typically microwaved goodness!

Teesside Travel was born with every intention of extending that 90 minute, passion fuelled chanting, singing and dancing to the journey to and from the stadiums around the country - extended further to include music gigs and other sporting events too and seasonal shopping trips to Manchester and Edinburgh!
